Supplies: Safety pin, leather scraps, tacky glue, and either gems or glitter glue.

Directions: Cut a template for the legs and trace around it twice for each pair of chaps. Fold the leg pieces over and glue in place. Cut a strip of scrap leather and glue each leg piece in place. Fold over and glue again. Glue on the gems or make dots with glitter glue. Make a circle with the leather strip and attach a safety pin.
